No Returns Policy

To honor the craftsmanship of our artisans and maintain our commitment to intentional consumption, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. We invite you to choose your pieces with care, ensuring they resonate with the story you wish to drape.

Damages and Issues

Your confidence is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece, contact us immediately at contact@bhaavyas.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the case of defective or damaged products, and all exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. These are handled manually on a case-by-case basis. To request an exchange, please reach out to us with your order details and photos of the defective item within this window. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items
