Processing Time

Each order is a commitment to craftsmanship. We process all orders within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on public holidays.

Shipping within India

To preserve the heritage of our textiles, we currently ship exclusively within India. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking

Once your drape is on its journey to you, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You may follow your shipment’s progress through the track my order page.

Payment Methods

We accept online payments only to ensure a seamless and secure experience. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.
